“After going to physical therapy for 2 years for pelvic issues and then recently undergoing an MRI which showed a herniated disc, I was in a lot of pain and afraid to enter the gym. Doing every day tasks became daunting and I was convinced that the only way to feel better is to just rest on my back as much as possible and apply heat. I couldn't do the things I loved to do without being in so much pain. I was scared to do any training sessions. However, Carl assured me that we'd take things lightly and would work to fix my back issues, not just treat the symptoms. After only a few sessions of working with Carl with help from Nicole, I finally felt great again. I was able to be pain-free and go back to doing all the activities I wanted. I was able to dominate basketball again and was able to sit in an hour long meeting without pain. I'm also now able to perform lifts and workouts that were absolutely never an option for me in the past. I owe it to Carl, his program, his patience, motivation and persistence for helping me get back to living much more comfortably.”
