Step 1: consultation

  • Initial consultation call where we go over your movement patterns, previous training/injury history, goals, and expectations.

Step 2: program design

  • your coach will design your program based on all applicable information, goals, and preferences.

Step 3: Execution and feedback

  • this is where you put the plan into play. complete your training as written, and your coach will be available for adjustments and feedback throughout.
